Tips for Printing
I offer printing options.
This might be easiest if you want high quality cards without any hassle. If your budget allows, this is the best option for high quality prints on thick card stock. If you want me to print and ship your order, you can select that option when you check out! All of my cards are printed on a professional print press with several finish options. These are higher quality than what you’d receive at a local print shop. In addition, a matching back side including design, text or photo is included. Envelopes are also included. Printing takes 1 – 2 days and then cards are shipped overnight to you. You can see all details of my printing services here.

Local Print Shops
Local print shops are good for printing the high resolution files I send. Many of my customers use Office Max, Kinkos, Office Depot, etc. You can also research locally owned shops. I always, always, always recommend a test print before printing them all to ensure that you’re happy with the outcome. Please contact your print shop ahead of time so that you can get their requirements regarding size/formatting.
Photo Labs
You can upload your design to a local or online photo lab (Costco, Target, Sam’s Club, Shutterfly, etc.) and have it printed as a photo. Most photo printers offer matte or glossy finish . . . my designs print beautifully as either! It’s really up to you and your personal preferences. Please contact your photo lab ahead of time to see what sizes they offer and to get pricing on different sizes. Often 5 x 7 prints are much more expensive than 4 x 6 prints. These prints usually provide rich, vibrant colors, but are printed on thinner photo paper, as opposed to card stock.
Print at home.
You can print at home on your personal printer. This works well for small runs of favor tags, water bottle labels, etc, but I would use this as a last resort for invitations and photo cards. Even the most vibrant home printers can use an entire set of ink cartridges for a single run of invitations. This can be a decent option if your design is not heavy on color, has a white background or you need something printed immediately.
