Vintage train birthday party ideas, invitation and printables
My son Bennett turned two last September and we did a vintage train theme. The invitation I designed for this party has become SO popular so I thought I’d share some photos from our vintage train birthday party. I’ve also added a printable party pack to the shop as well.
We had it in a private room at The Beach Bar. It’s decorated with a lot of vintage train memorabilia and t was perfect. We had a pizza and soup buffet and some of Maria’s cupcakes. With all of the vintage train decorations, I didn’t have to do much decorating at all.
Here are a few pictures from the party . . . see more here.

The birthday boy (not for sale)
Favors for both adults and kids: bags of caramel corn. I just ran them through a printer! Contact me if you’d like the custom printable artwork.
Cardboard suitcase favors for the kids . . . I bought them from Plain Mary. I had a groupon-ish coupon that made them half off!
Cupcakes and favors. The metal letters spelling out “BEN” are from Hobby Lobby.

Vintage train signs and posters:
We were in a room at a restaurant, so we couldn’t really do any “party games”. Instead, we had tables of train sets set up for the kids to play with.
